An all-purpose orthotic addition suitable for both rearfoot and forefoot modification of Formthotics.
Used alone to extend the function of the modification to the midfoot.
May be cut to make both a forefoot and a rearfoot wedge from one extended wedge.
Available in medium (blue) and firm (black) density Formax™ foam.
Use Shoe Size below to determine orthotic size:
SMALL – Women – 7 ½ – 9; Men – 6 ½ – 7 ½
MEDIUM – Women – 9 ½ – 10 ½ ; Men – 8 – 9
LARGE – Women – 11 – 12 ; Men – 9 ½ – 10 ½
