Returns

We will gladly handle your refund on an item or order. Due to the complex nature of the product line, please just be advised of our return policy and restrictions as listed below. Please follow the return steps below.

Return Steps

  1. Send an email to sales@medicalquip.com (or call 727-475-7949) letting us know that you are requesting a “Return Goods Authorization Number”.
  2. Include your invoice number, name, address, and phone number. Sales Service will respond with a Return Goods Authorization Number, and include the simple steps needed to complete the refund.
  3. Returned items must be repackaged with the original complete packaging contents, and received in new and resalable condition.
  4. Include the original invoice.
  5. Upon receipt of your return, we will gladly exchange, refund, or credit you for the cost of an item or order.
  6. Refunds will show up on your credit card account within a few days (this varies based upon the financial card provider).

Important Items

  • Returns may be available within thirty days of the sale date.
  • All return shipping expenses are paid by the customer.
  • All returns subject to a 15% – 30% restocking fee.
  •  Customer is responsible for original shipping costs.
  • Products that are customized or made to order are not returnable.
  • We do not accept returns on pillows.
